This article answers both using only what FitSync publishes on its own site, so you can compare it with any other gym you are considering. Prices and conditions below are as of September 2026 and are shown tax included. For the latest details, see the personal training page.

How a session works

A regular session is 50 minutes. Your first session is a regular 50-minute session, booked as a single visitor session: there is no registration or monthly fee, and you can start with just one session.

Every program is built around your goals, fitness level and experience. Your first session starts with a conversation: your goals, your current fitness level and any exercise experience you have. From there, your trainer selects safe, appropriate exercises, teaches you the technique step by step, and builds a progressive program around you.

The training services are:

  • Personal training (one-on-one)
  • Strength training
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Functional fitness
  • Weight management support
  • Exercise programming
  • Athletic performance training

Please note: we do not provide medical treatment or rehabilitation. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit exercise, please consult your doctor first.

Where sessions take place

Programs and founder-led direction are the same across all locations. Prices are set per gym. All five gyms (Roppongi, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza and Azabu-Juban) are by appointment only. Please pick whichever is easiest from your home, office or commute.

  • Roppongi GYM: Walking distance of Roppongi Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line / Toei Oedo Line). Also accessible from Kamiyacho, Akasaka and Aoyama-Itchome.
  • Shinjuku GYM: Walking distance of Shinjuku-Gyoemmae Station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line).
  • Shibuya GYM: 5-7 min walk from Shibuya Station (Tokyu Toyoko / JR), in Udagawacho.
  • Ginza GYM: 2-minute walk from Shintomicho Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line).
  • Azabu-Juban GYM: Walking distance of Azabu-Juban Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku Line / Toei Oedo Line). A compact 1-on-1 private studio.
  • On-site lessons: We come to your home, office or hotel, with no travel fee within Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Chuo wards (facility rental costs are covered by the client).

By appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Six things to check before you book

Here are FitSync’s published answers to six practical questions about booking.

1. Can the session be held in English?
Yes. Levente’s personal training sessions are held in English, and you can contact and book with FitSync in English as well.

2. Are there fees beyond the session price?
There is no registration or monthly fee, and prices are tax included. Items to note: an extension is ¥3,000 per 10 minutes; an additional group member is +¥5,000 per person per session (Azabu-Juban GYM takes one client at a time); for sessions at your home, office or hotel, facility rental costs are covered by the client, and a travel fee applies outside Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Chuo wards. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full lesson fee (100%). The same policy applies to rescheduling.

3. What does the first session look like?
Your first session is a regular 50-minute session at the single-session price of the gym you choose (¥15,000 at Roppongi GYM, for example). It starts with a conversation about your goals and current fitness level, and your program is built from there. No experience needed.

4. Where does it take place, and is there a travel fee?
At any of the five gyms (Roppongi, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza or Azabu-Juban), or on-site anywhere in Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Chuo wards with no travel fee (facility rental costs are covered by the client). Outside Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Chuo wards, a travel fee applies. All sessions are by appointment only.

5. Do I have to commit to a pack?
No. There are no enrollment or monthly fees, and single visitor sessions are available, convenient for travelers and business visitors. Hotel visits can also be arranged on request.

6. How do I book?
Send us a message through the contact page with your goals and preferred dates, and we’ll get back to you with availability. We reply within 24 hours. Booking, payment and support are all handled by FitSync, in English. Phone support is Japanese only.
