2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown on each service page and include tax. Private Gym Rental (Gym Only): ¥6,000 per hour, ¥11,000 per 2 hours, ¥3,000 per additional 30 minutes. Sessions with a trainer: the gym's session price shown on each gym page.
Payment: secure card payment link (Square) or bank transfer, paid in advance before the booking is confirmed. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
Service delivery: at the booked date and time. Reservation required.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Private Gym Rental (Gym Only): free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time. Within 24 hours, the full amount is charged and not refunded. Late check-out and same-day extensions are charged at ¥3,000 per 30 minutes.

4. Private Gym Rental — Terms and house rules
By requesting a booking you agree to the following.
- Booking. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability and your payment is complete. Until then no room is held for you.
- Identification. We ask for a photo of your passport when you book. It is used only to confirm your booking and is deleted after your visit.
- Time. Your booked time runs from entry to exit and includes changing and tidying up. Late check-out is charged as an extension (¥3,000 per 30 minutes).
- Extension. A same-day extension is possible only if we can be reached, the room is free, and the extension payment is complete before your end time.
- Check-in and check-out. Report your entry and your exit from the Check-in / Check-out page. Before leaving, put all equipment back where you found it, wipe it down with the sanitising wipes provided, switch off lights and air-conditioning, take your rubbish with you, return the key exactly as found, and send a photo of the cleaned room and the returned key. If the next user is waiting at the door, hand the key to them and let us know by email. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your end time, we will call you; if we still cannot reach you, we may contact the police for your safety.
- Use of the room. No outdoor shoes, no smoking, no alcohol, no loud noise or dropped weights, no more people than the room capacity. The gloves and mitts stored in the gym are not for Gym Only use and must not be used. The entry code or key must not be shared.
- Damage. You are responsible for the actual repair or replacement cost of any equipment or property damaged during your booking.
- Partner gyms. The gyms are operated by a partner company. FitSync arranges your access; the gym's own posted rules also apply.
5. Assumption of risk and waiver
Gym Only bookings are unsupervised: there is no trainer or staff on site. You confirm that you are in good health, that you use the facility and equipment at your own risk, and that you are responsible for your own safety and for any injury or loss arising from your use of the room, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Please make sure your travel insurance covers gym activities. If you feel unwell, stop training and contact us.
6. Personal information
See our Privacy Policy. Passport photos are used only to confirm your booking and are deleted after your visit.
