“Relax.” — Someone who can teach you what that really means.

How advanced athletes use their bodies — for you, too.

Clenched hands. Hunched shoulders.

Without realizing it, you’ve been tensing up all along.

The moment that excess tension releases,

your body moves lighter, faster, freer.

The key is the “tanden” — the single point where your body’s movement begins.

We put into words the way advanced athletes unconsciously use their bodies — and pass it on to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of training do you offer?

FitSync offers 1-on-1 personal training with Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing and strength training as our core disciplines, plus our own Relaxed Tanden method — releasing excess tension and centering on the tanden, the point where movement begins — available on request. We serve competitive athletes, as well as clients pursuing general fitness, weight loss, and posture correction. No martial arts experience is required.

Is it suitable for beginners and women?

Yes. All sessions are 1-on-1, fully tailored to each client's fitness level and goals. Many of our clients are complete beginners. *If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have doctor-imposed exercise restrictions, please consult your physician before inquiring.

Can I take lessons in English or Chinese?

We offer instruction in Japanese and English. For Chinese speakers, English-language sessions are currently available (full Chinese-language service is being gradually expanded). We have extensive experience serving international guests and luxury clientele.

Can I try a single session first?

Yes. Your first visit is booked as a regular single session, and you are welcome to come just once. There is no registration or monthly fee, and no membership is required. Bookings are accepted via our contact form.

What are your rates?

Registration and monthly fees: none. A single 50-minute session (tax included) is priced per gym: Roppongi ¥15,000, Shinjuku ¥16,000, Shibuya ¥16,000, Ginza ¥17,000, Azabu-Juban ¥16,000. See each gym page for 4/8/16-session packs and the group add-on (+¥5,000 per extra person). On-site lessons: ¥18,000 (no travel fee in Minato, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Chuo wards).

Tell me about your founder and trainers.

Our founder is Issei Shima, a former pro martial artist (also CEO of AlphaEdge). FitSync personal training is designed around his Muay Thai and Kickboxing background, and he also teaches his own Relaxed Tanden method. Each location has a trainer team, and you can request your preferred trainer when booking.
