Late Night Fee

Sessions between 11 PM and 6 AM incur an additional late-night fee of 2,000 yen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are mobile lessons available outside Minato, Shibuya, and Shinjuku wards?

Yes. For locations outside these three wards, a travel fee starts at ¥1,000 per 15-minute round-trip unit, calculated based on travel time from Roppongi Station (Minato, Shibuya, and Shinjuku are free). Fees vary by location, so please feel free to contact us for a specific quote.

How much space do I need for a lesson at home?

A space of about 6 tatami mats (roughly 10 m² / 108 sq ft) is sufficient for personal training. Living rooms, apartment common areas, rental gyms, and public parks all work — whichever location best fits your needs.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full lesson fee (100%). The same policy applies to rescheduling.

Will you help me book or arrange a venue?

Customers are asked to arrange the venue themselves, but we are happy to help search for or book nearby rental gyms. Please note that any facility usage fee is the customer's responsibility, so we recommend confirming it before booking.

I have no exercise experience. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Our clients range from their 20s to late 70s, many of whom started with no exercise background. We tailor each program to your fitness level and goals, so you can begin with complete peace of mind. *If you have a chronic condition, are pregnant, or have been advised to limit exercise by a physician, please consult your doctor before starting.*

I have no Muay Thai, kickboxing, or boxing experience. Can I still join?

Yes, complete beginners are warmly welcomed. We teach fundamentals step by step, so you can start comfortably even with zero experience. We support goals such as self-defense, improving fitness, weight loss, and general health.

Can I take lessons as a group with family or friends?

Yes, group lessons are available. We have experience running sessions for groups of up to 40 participants. Pricing varies by group size, location, and content — please contact us for a quote.

Do I need to bring my own gloves or equipment?

No — you can come empty-handed. Gloves, towels, and bottled water are all provided free of charge (and kept in clean condition). Just wear comfortable workout clothing. Depending on the venue, indoor shoes may be useful, so feel free to bring a pair.
