FitSync Ginza — Muay Thai & Kickboxing & Boxing in Tokyo

Muay Thai / kickboxing high kick

Ginza, Chuo, Tokyo

Muay Thai · Kickboxing
& Boxing Sessions

You came just to learn kickboxing.

And yet, the way your body moves begins to change.

Kickboxing is the way in. Beyond it is a way of using your body that stays with you for life.

No experience needed · No membership required · Single sessions available

“Relax.” — Someone who can teach you what that really means.

How advanced athletes use their bodies — for you, too.

Clenched hands. Hunched shoulders.

Without realizing it, you’ve been tensing up all along.

The moment that excess tension releases,

your body moves lighter, faster, freer.

The key is the “tanden” — the single point where your body’s movement begins.

We put into words the way advanced athletes unconsciously use their bodies — and pass it on to you.

We serve competitive athletes, as well as clients pursuing general fitness, weight loss, and posture correction. No martial arts experience is required.

Is it suitable for beginners and women?

Yes. All sessions are 1-on-1, fully tailored to each client's fitness level and goals. Many of our clients are complete beginners. *If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have doctor-imposed exercise restrictions, please consult your physician before inquiring.

Can I take lessons in English or Chinese?

We offer instruction in Japanese and English. For Chinese speakers, English-language sessions are currently available (full Chinese-language service is being gradually expanded). We have extensive experience serving international guests and luxury clientele.

Each location has a trainer team, and you can request your preferred trainer when booking.
