Usage Guidelines (Rules)   

Important Guidelines for Your Safety and Comfort

Please read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and enjoyable training experience.


Health & Safety

  • Please be mindful of your health and engage in exercise at your own pace. Avoid overexertion.
  • If you are feeling unwell or have an injury, please inform us before participating in any session.
  • Should you feel dizzy, unwell, or experience discomfort during your session, please notify your instructor immediately.
  • Individuals who have been advised by a physician not to exercise will not be permitted to participate.
  • We do not accept clients who are currently pregnant.
  • Training under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Behavior & Conduct

  • Disruptive behavior or refusal to follow the instructor’s guidance may result in immediate termination of your session.
    Please note: No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Accidents & Insurance

  • In the event of an accident, we will provide basic first aid. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
  • We strongly recommend having personal sports or injury insurance coverage.

Hydration & Food

  • Please stay hydrated—drink water regularly during your session.
  • Eating or chewing gum during training sessions is not allowed.

Personal Belongings

  • Please take responsibility for your own valuables. We are not liable for any loss or theft.

Outdoor Sessions

  • For outdoor sessions (e.g., in parks), sessions may be canceled due to weather conditions.

    We appreciate your understanding.
