Health & Safety
- Please be mindful of your health and engage in exercise at your own pace. Avoid overexertion.
- If you are feeling unwell or have an injury, please inform us before participating in any session.
- Should you feel dizzy, unwell, or experience discomfort during your session, please notify your instructor immediately.
- Individuals who have been advised by a physician not to exercise will not be permitted to participate.
- We do not accept clients who are currently pregnant.
- Training under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Behavior & Conduct
- Disruptive behavior or refusal to follow the instructor’s guidance may result in immediate termination of your session.
Please note: No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Accidents & Insurance
- In the event of an accident, we will provide basic first aid. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
- We strongly recommend having personal sports or injury insurance coverage.
Hydration & Food
- Please stay hydrated—drink water regularly during your session.
- Eating or chewing gum during training sessions is not allowed.
Personal Belongings
- Please take responsibility for your own valuables. We are not liable for any loss or theft.
Outdoor Sessions
- For outdoor sessions (e.g., in parks), sessions may be canceled due to weather conditions.
