Our 3 GYMs in the Shinjuku Area
FitSync has three gyms in the Shinjuku area. For Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ and judo, we recommend our largest gym, Shinjuku South (Yoyogi) GYM (coming soon) (three minutes from the East Exit of Yoyogi Station and seven from the New South Exit of Shinjuku Station). Its training space is approx. 4.0 m × 5.7 m, up to six people can train at the same time, and gloves, pads and other equipment are available at the gym. Personal training, Pilates and women-only training are available at every gym.
